Teams will be coed and play 5v5 , 4v4 or 3v3 No goal keeper depending on numbers

Players need to bring a ball with them for training session!

One hour training sessions per week 

Teams will have one-hour practice session a week. And one game a weekend.

(Includes game jersey - games on Sundays)
